Once convinced of it's new beliefs. the subconscious begins to automatically carry out the desired plan of the conscious mind. Success is then automatic, just as we arrive at our pre-suggestion fate at the will of the 7-year old subconscious.

Personally do not think that you can, the sub conscious being below the conscious. It is far better to use the conscious to reason things out. The concious is master over the sub conscious.
