Although everyone has a different opinion on what dog is the ugliest in the world, there is an official competition- the annual World's Ugliest Dog Contest in Petaluma, California. The current reigning title holder is Mugly, a Chinese crested. A Chinese crested-Chihuahua mix was last year's winner as well.
