Really, there isn't any 'best' medical scientist since it all depends on how you qualify what is 'best,' which scientists are always trying to do!

The pasteurization process is designed to kill these bacteria, so if there were harmful disease bacteria in the food, then they'll still be there in the unpasteurized food, but if they weren't there in the first place, unpasteurized food is fine.
