About one liberty stamp :)
One regular 44-cent First Class stamp is all you need to send a letter anywhere inside the U.S. Additional postage is decided by the weight of the letter, not where it's coming from and going to. A regular First Class stamp covers all letters that weigh up to one ounce. Letters weighing more than one ounce will require additional postage. See the Related Link below for more details.
That depends on where you are sending the letter from. If inside the United States, and the letter is less than one ounce it would just be one first-class stamp at the regular price (49 cents as of July 2015), and an additional cost for each additional ounce. If you are sending the letter from another country though, the price could be much higher. For instance, if you want a letter delivered to New York from England (in less than 42 days), you would be paying one British Pound for postage, which is over a dollar and a half... more than three times as much as mailing something from elsewhere in the US.
One 44-cent First Class stamp is all you need to mail a letter (weighing up to one ounce) anywhere within the United States. Postage is decided by the weight of the letter, not where it's coming from and going to. As long as the letter weighs one ounce or less, and is going to someplace within the U.S., it just needs one 44-cent stamp. If the letter does weigh over one ounce, then you can go to the post office and either have a teller take care of it, or use one of the automated machines (if they have one). The machine will weigh the letter and print out the postage for you, but I'm pretty sure the machines only take credit or debit cards (no cash).

98 cents is the postage for an ordinary 1-oz letter.
One first class stamp will carry a normal letter anywhere in the US.
It depends on the size and weight, but if it's a regular letter, a 44-cent stamp will suffice.
as long as it is a regular letter in a legal envelope that does not contain too much weight, all you need is one stamp (44)
Regular size letter up to 1 oz needs a 42 cents stamp.
One, as long as it is a 44 cent stamp.
