What is cut and paste copying?

It means that instead of typing in a full body of text manually, the person used the functionality of the computer to copy an already existing body of text with the same content and applied it to the field in which it applies. To do it, hold down the left mouse button as you move the cursor over the desired text. It will become highlighted in blue. Once all the desired text is highlighted, right click in the blue area and select the option "copy". Now this text is saved on your clipboard. Next, right click in the field you want the text to appear in and select "paste". That's it.
