To play a D7 (A, D, G#, C, F#)on guitar, you want to fret the second fret of the G string with your middle finger, the first fret of the B string with your index finger, and the second fret of the high E string with your ring finger. You then strum the open A, D, and remaining 3 strings.

You should try Zemerl (http://www.zemerl.com/) which features a lot of yiddish songs. more than a few of Theodore Bikel's songs can be found there. Just in case, and if you are not repelled by a germanized writing, you can find other yiddish song as at http://www.klesmer-musik.de/ , http://www.rebeccawave.com/ABislLb2.htm , http://www.aufwindmusik.de/index.htm , and also http://yi.wikisource.org/wiki/%D7%A7%D7%90%D6%B7%D7%98%D7%A2%D7%92%D7%90%D6%B8%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%A2:%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%93%D7%A2%D7%A8 if you master the traditional hebraic writing. I was wondering the same thing so I finally got to listen to it with my guitar in-hand. Best I can tell, the chords are as follows: Intro & Verse: Em G D A Chorus & Bridge: C G D A At the end of the bridge: C G Fly Away: D D7 G D (the D7 is not played the first time as the D is held out) Ending: C G

That is not a formula. Formulas must start with an equals sign, have an operation like a plus or minus etc., in it or have a function. So it could be something like this, which adds the content of cell b3 and d7 together: =b3+d7 If you replace the plus with another sign, you could do other kinds of calculations. If you were adding all cells in the range from b3 to d7, you could use the SUM function like this: =SUM(b3:d7) Lots of other functions, such as AVERAGE or COUNT or MAX could also use the same structure, so for example: =AVERAGE(b3:d7)

verse:d, dmaj7, d, dmaj7, b, g, em, a, d, dmaj7, a, gd, dmaj7, d, dmaj7, b, g, em, a, d, d7chorus: g, gmaj7, a, d, dmaj7(w/c# bass), bmin7, dg, gmaj7, a, d, dmaj7 (w/c# bass), bmin7, dg, gmaj7, a, d, f#, bm, d7, g, em, a, d, d7, g, em, a, d (d to dmaj7 end fade)

The full chord is to bar the second fret and the A string at the third fret. Many players will use the Hawaiian D7, which is 0202. That makes the chords that are often before and after it, G or G7, very easy to transition to.

that means a fail in your sec sch exam but not as bad as E8 or F9.

Assuming you mean the soprano recorder, D7 has two meanings; the sounding pitch D7 and the written pitch D7. As the soprano recorder is a transposing instrument, transposing a full octave up, written pitch D7 is actually sounding D8. Both notes are possible, although sounding D8 is much harder to produce well on the recorder. For sounding D7, the fingering is t 1-3|4-67 Or, half cover the thumb-hole, and fully cover the first, third, fourth and sixth finger-holes. To make the note more in tune but a little bit less playable, you can cover half of the 7th hole. For sounding D8, the fingering is t 1-3|-5-- Or, half cover the thumb-hole, and fully cover the first, third, and fifth finger-holes. This note requires a great deal of air support in order to sound properly and is hardly practical on the soprano recorder.
