It's so cold! If you touched it your finger would freeze up and would stop the blood getting to the finger and you would die (Or serious injuries). If you were unlucky to fall in an tub of it, you wouldn't stand a chance. I think this is right!

Why is frozen liquid nitrogen dangerous?

Well technically if it was frozen then it would not be a liquid. The reason why liquid nitrogen is dangerous is because of its low temperatures. To have nitrogen which is normally a gas to become a liquid you must make the temperature extremely low. If you stick anything into this liquid nitrogen it will freeze it. This is because it is below the freezing point for most organic structures but now below the freezing point for nitrogen. For nitrogen to become a solid the temperatures must go even lower.

What will be the state of liquid nitrogen after boiling?

What is the method that cools food to below 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the shortest time?

Submerge it in liquid nitrogen. Heston Blumenthal, currently a 3 Michelin Star chef uses it. But liquid nitrogen is dangerous and protective equipment is essential.

How do you separate nitrogen gas from a mixture of nitrogen gas and liquid nitrogen?

You can separate nitrogen gas from liquid nitrogen by allowing the liquid nitrogen to evaporate at room temperature or by heating it to increase the rate of evaporation. The nitrogen gas will separate from the liquid nitrogen as it evaporates, leaving behind the liquid nitrogen.
