It all started with Darry (Daryl). If Darry hadn't slapped Ponyboy, pony and Johnny wouldn't have ran to the park and the Socials wouldn't have come, nobody would've been stabbed, and if no one was stabbed, Pony and Johnny would have never come in contact with the abandoned church which means they wouldn't have been there to help when the church was on fire (or let the church go on fire), so Johnny would have never died, and Dally (Dallas) wouldn't have gone over the deep end.
Yet that is just like saying if Ponyboy hadn't dozed off and missed his curfew, Darry would not have slapped him so there is no valid source.
When johnny and dally die
Ponyboy rapes Dally....ate his dog... the licks himself..... then he goes and marries a cow who he had 17 kids with , and then they divorsed, so he got so depressed he killed his daughter and ended up in a mental hospital. there ponyboy saw Dally and they lived happily ever after :)
it ends with a cliffhanger

They were never alive. The Outsiders is a work of fiction.
Denouement is a noun.
What is the denouement of happy feet
What is the denouement in the plot of a fictional work
In the denouement of many tragedies, the main character dies. The denouement of her career came in October, when she sold out Royal Albert Hall.
There are many twists and turns and a dramatic denouement at the end.
Denouement is pronounced dey-noo-mahn.The second e is silent.
There are two main types of denouement: 1) explicit denouement, where all loose ends are tied up and the resolution is clearly spelled out, and 2) implicit denouement, where the resolution is more subtle and left for the audience to interpret or deduce.
