Are you asking for your girlfriend? ~Sorry, DPO means days past ovulation and AF means Aunt Flo...otherwise known as your period. Since I have been charting what my body is doing... and have done research online, I knew that DPO was Days Past Ovulation, and AF was aunt flow... wow. Any way... what did you ever find out with that? I have the same things going on and could use some advice.
