Voucher bill contains the complete details of the item and no. of quantities purchased including the receipt no. and the total amount of the bill to be paid. Invoice contains only the items purchased from the particular company.

Cheque is both securities and payment instrument. Voucher is only securities. From securities point of view they are the same and have the same meaning. Cheque has larger scope.
Invoice holds only the items bought from the particular company. Voucher holds/contains details of the item, receipt number, how many you have bought and the total amount of money.
