the difference between a narrative and poetry is that a personal narrative tells something about your life--and does NOT rhyme. poetry rhymes and doesnt really explain much about yourself...

Poem is a paragraph tell by a pattern on it, story also is a paragrph but is doesn't have any pattern, it just tell you about something (someone) by sentences
