suicide is when you don't want to live anymore.but self harm is inflicting damage and pain and injury on yourself.its a way of releasing the pain and sadness your too afraid to tell anyone.if your depressed you self harm.there are many ways to self harm.you can cut yourself with things like razors, knives, protractors and scissors or you can purposely burn yourself or scratch yourself purposely.

even the littlest things can make you self harm and that's because its addictive.

i should know,i cut myself and have 18 scars and cuts i told my best friend about it but its so addictive i am even doing it when I'm bored and even if I'm happy but by myself.i haven't told anyone else about it but am trying to stop. suicide you die! but self harm can last for years and years and is hardly ever suspected so goes easily unnoticed so its easier to do !
