A "non-stop" flight is exactly what the name implies. For example: If you are flying from Dallas-Fort Worth to London Heathrow and the airplane has no stops between DFW airport and London Heathrow, that is a "non-stop" flight.
A "direct" flight may not necessarily be a non-stop. For example: Flying from Dallas-Fort Worth to London Heathrow and the airplane stops at New York JFK airport on the way to Heathrow, but you don't have to change planes. That would be a direct flight - but it would not be a non-stop.
A "connecting" flight, would require a plane change. For example: Flying from Dallas-Fort Worth to London Heathrow, you change airplanes at New York JFK and then continue flying to London Heathrow. The change of airplanes at New York JFK airport would be the "connection".
It depends if it is a direct flight or not.
It really would depend on the airline you were flying with as there may be stop overs if a direct flight is not offered. With a stop over in Miami, the flight is around 5 and a half hours.
Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. But there's usually a direct flight Last time I took that flight, we stopped in Greenland.
Depends if you have a stop-over or not. On a direct flight, approximately 14 hours and 5 minutes.
If you had a direct flight it would take between 7 and 9 hours. I have tried this dozens of times in the past 19 years. Usually you have at least one 'stop'. I usually stop for a period of time, between flights, in Amsterdam which is a beautiful, clean airport with lots of things to do.
Around 9 hours in a direct flight. From 12 hours in a one-stop flight.
Continental but you got to fly out of Newark Airport and its a direct flight. I think that's the only airlines.
A direct flight would be about 3 hours and 40 minutes, but you may have to have a stop over, which would make the travelling time longer
The average flight time is 14 hours, 30 minutes. This is only an approximation and flight times are likely to vary. Your airline will provide you with a flight time when you book a flight.
Yes. There is a direct flight from Boston to Bangkok International Airport. I was unable to determine if you could fly out any day of the week non-stop but they are available.
The approximate average non-stop flight time from Sydney to Canberra is around 0 hour 30 minutes if a direct flight is available.
Singapore, Bangkok and Saigon are probably the most common (although Vietnam Airlines do actually have a direct flight)
