Distilled water has undergone a process called Distillation in order to remove impurities. The method involves boiling water and collecting the steam which is then condensed, while any impurities are left as residue.
If a saline solution (dissolved salt in water) is gently heated, the water will evaporate, leaving salt crystals behind. If the water vapour is captured and condensed, the result is drinking water.
Well distilliation should allow the alcohol to be removed from the mixture (along with a little water- azeotropic mixture) leaving behind the orange juice- I would try and do it at low temperature (low pressure distillation) rather than at normal atmospheric pressure to avoid "cooking" the orange juice too much and spoiling its flavour and destroying the vitamin C!
