Do you mean diuresis? Diuresis is excessive discharge of urine (i.e. peeing more than you need to, leading to dehydration). A substance that provokes urination is called a diuretic.

De qualquer forma, não só nas doenças cardíacas como também em outros tipos de doenças, a quantidade de água ingerida deve ser mais ou menos controlad, de acordo com as condições físicas do paciente.
