E-government is defined a mere delivery of government services and information to public using not only internet enabled applications, but any electronic technology. While E-Governance is the public sector’s use of information and communication technologies that enables citizens and outside world to access Government services and information efficiently enough through the use of internet and other channels like VOIP and mobile phones. E-governance concept is almost similar to e-governance E-governance aims to promote policy making.
