What is eating healthy?

One serve of meat, Two to three serves of dairy, five serves of vegetables, three bits of fruit, five serves of grains (bread, cereals etc.) and the odd treat or two. plus two litres of water a day. add that to exercise and you have a brilliant attitude to life!
healthy eating is when you have a balanced diet and do not eat anything whenever you want
