More than likely, the word you are looking for is Immaculate rather than emasculate.

To emasculate someone means to "make someone weak or less effective" or to "deprive a male of his identity". More literally, in ancient time it would have referred to the removal of a male's testicles to make him a eunuch.

Immaculate, on the other hand, means "perfect" or "free from defect or error". So, if someone were to refer to Jesus as being immaculate, they are referring to his sinless perfection.

While this is a correct description of Jesus, usually this word is used in the religious phrase "the Immaculate Conception". This belief is that all human beings are born sinful and guilty of sin. However, in some way, God intervened when Mary, the mother of Jesus, was born, and she born without sin or being guilty of sin. Thus, she was immaculate when she was conceived/born, giving rise to the phrase "the Immaculate Conception".

Whether or not this idea is true or can be proved from the New Testament text is an entirely different discussion.
