Depending all on hair color, here are the best, cutest tips so U don't overload or underload on makeup: Blond Hair: DON'T wear really thick dark black eyeline, take it easy, sometimes eye-liner doesn't work for certain people, it personally doesn't work for me. Wear neutral eye-shadow colors, not to dark or not white-bright. Top it off woth your choice of foundations and blushes. Just use a plain pink, clear, or glittery lip gloss you like, not bright red. Mascara, a small amount, is cute to. Black\really Dark Hair: You can wear eyeliner if you want and like it, just not to little or too much. get it perfect as possible. Brown and black eye-liner would be best. Eye-shadow wear medium colors, don't make your eyes really dark or to bright! You choice of foundation and blush, don't overdo! Lipgloss: any lipgloss that is not dark or tacky looking. Also, a small amount of brown-black mascara. Brown-dirty blond hair: This is my fave one.
