A fair price for a used 25 caliber phonenix arms raven is about $45, although people will often try to con you in paying more. Most people would not pay more then $10- $20 for this gun used. Alot of people would not buy this gun at all. This becausethe gun is very unreliable for self-defense. Law enforcement have often reported showing up on crime scence where this gun has been used, and spoke of bullets ,f this gun, bouncing off of person's head. There has been alot of similar reports on the gun not peneterating skin when the target was wearing clothing, especially certain jackets like leathers. The gun is not being made anymore, and if I'm not mistaken, the manufacturer is not in business anymore. So, all in all, the gun can be a psychological detterant and may even do some damage, but is not reliable and is not worth alot of money. It is worth noting, people have reported jams when tring to cock the gun so it wise to always leave one bullet in the chamber so you never have to cock the gun. People have also reported difficulty in removing the clip when it is empty, so it makes it easier if you reload/remove the clip with atleast 2-3 bullets already in the clip. The guns also doesnt have the best safety feature, so it was wise to use the upmost caution when handaling this gun and constantly check to make sure the safety is clicked into place, especially when carrying this gun on your body. One more thing, 25 calliber handgun bullets have become just a little bit difficult to find. Most places only carry i box at a time and are often out of stock, so you might end up checking a few places before you find your bullets. A box of 50 bullets will cost you around $20.
