Claustrophobia is the fear of enclosed places and suffocation.
There is no recognized term meaning fear of small people, dwarfs, or midgets. However, two have been proposed:-- achondroplasiphobia - referencing the genetic disparity of bodily proportions-- nanosophobia - from the Greek word for dwarf, nanos/nannos
Fear of small or enclosed places is claustrophobia.
