Fiber is useful in almost providing something for your bowels to "grab onto" as they force food through your intestines, preventing constipation.
Fibre moves food through the digestive system
In school I learned that it helped you go to the toilet....... and its used to help keep our bodies clean and healthy... its also in our clothing to keep us warm and safe from the weather. :)
