I'm not quite sure what you mean by "average score" since students who apply to FIDM don't have to take any standardized tests. If you're wanting to know the average GPA for students who are accepted into FIDM, an adviser would be the best person to answer that question. Good luck!

∙ 12y agoHi! You actually don't have to worry about taking the SAT if you want to attend FIDM, the school doesn't require that you take the SAT's or the ACT's. All you need are your transcripts from your high school or any college that you may have attended in the past. You also have to complete an entrance project, essay and interview. My friends graduated from FIDM and they told me the admissions process is super easy and it's also fun! They enjoyed putting together their entrance project :) If you have other questions, you should contact an adviser and they can help you out. Good luck!

∙ 12y agoI don't think that FIDM has a set ACT score since the school doesn't require students to take the SAT or the ACT before applying. I have friends who graduated from FIDM and they didn't take the ACT or the SAT so don't worry about taking the test if you haven't already. If you did take the test, just submit your scores so the advisers can see it and who knows, I'm sure it will help your chances of getting accepted. Good luck!

∙ 12y agoThat's a great question! I'm not 100 percent sure what the school's average test scores and GPA are . . . but that sounds like a great question for an adviser at FIDM! If you're wondering if your test score or GPA are good enough to apply to FIDM, I say just go for it because you never know if you don't try! My friends attended FIDM and their GPA's weren't the best in the world but they loved fashion and wanted successful careers and in the end, they graduated from FIDM and have great careers in the fashion industry. ∙ 11y agoFIDM doesn't have a GPA requirement per say, but having a strong GPA works well in your favor. For people who aren't confident in their GPA, putting 110% into the entrance project, essay and interview will go far. If you have specific questions about FIDM's admission requirements, your best option is to contact a FIDM advisor through their website or to check out FIDM's twitter or Facebook pages. Both have great information as well.
