The 1st thing that is done to the baby after his birth in Islam is letting him hear the call of the prayer " al-athan". A man from the family, for example his father, or any Muslim male whisppers in the baby's right ear with the call of prayer saying :
1 Allaho Akbar, Allaho Akbar
-- Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest
2-Ash-hadu al-la Ilaha ill Allah - Ash-hadu al-la Ilaha ill Allah
-- I bear witness that there is no God but Allah
3 Ash-hadu Anna Muhammadan Rasulullaah
-- I bear witness that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger
Ash-hadu Anna Muhammadan Rasulullaah.
-- I bear witness that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger
4 Hayya la-s-saleah - Hayya la-s-saleah
-- Hasten to the prayer, Hasten to the prayer
5 Hayya la-l-falaah - Hayya la-l-falaah
-- Hasten to real success, Hasten to real success,
6 Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar
-- Allah is Great, Allah is Great
7 La Ilaha ill Allah
-- There is no God but Allah
then he whisppers with them again in the left ear of the baby as "eqamah"i.e what the imam says just before the prayer , he repeats the same great words of the call for the prayer but in a faster way compared to the call itself "al-athan".
How great is it for the baby to start his life hearing these great words?
I would like to tell you another kind thing :Some think alittle in this topic & come with a beautiful note :
1. the baby hears the call to prayer but he is not asked to pray as he/she can't at this age.
2. when a Muslim dies , Muslims pray on his funeral , but this prayer is without athan ,because athan is only for the 5 prayers (which are imposed as a religious duty on the Muslim everyday).
3.Each athan is followed by a prayer .
4. from above , as if the wisdom of Allah tells us the truth that life is short , it's like the duration between the call for the prayer "when you were a baby" & the prayer itself "when being dead "!!!!
so.... we have to invest each moment of our lives in doing good deeds & consequently being closer & closer from Allah ....may Allah give us that glory.

First if the Muslim child is born for an Arabic family then he/she learns Arabic from the family and community as; e.g.; the French child learns French from his/her family and french community. If the Muslim child is from non Arabic family, then he/she may learn Arabic in a school or his/her parents bring a teacher home to learn him/her Arabic or they send him/her to an Islamic center or mosque to learn Arabic.
In the United States the rights of a birth mother to contact an adopted child are determined by state law. If an adoption agency handled the adoption, then the birth mother has no rights until the child is of legal age. After that, the adoption agency will usually help the birth mother find the adopted child.
According to his birth certificate, that is his middle name. Very common with children born to Muslim parents.
No special proceedures are required. If your child is born in Canada it will be a Canadian citizen by birth regardless of the nationality of its parents.
To apply for a child's first passport in the USA, you will need the following documents: the child's birth certificate, proof of parental relationship, a completed passport application form, a passport photo of the child, and both parents' or guardians' identification.

The first Islamic rule is that, per religion, a Muslim man can marry only a Muslim, Jewish, or Christian woman. So, if this non Muslim woman is Christian or Jewish, then per religion, the Muslim man can marry her without need for her to convert to Islam. otherwise, she should convert to Islam to be able to marry the Muslim man. However, her convert to Islam should be based on fill belief in Islam and not just for marriage purposes. As for the child out of wedlock, the child should reported officially in his/her birth certificate to his/her true father not to anyone else. Then, it is left for the married couple choice to agree upon where the child to be raised up.
A child of two first cousins is the child of the parents and they are the child's mother and father. As the child of one first cousin, the child is also the first cousin, once removed, of the other parent. That, however, is of no importance. The closer relationship of parent and child is the one that really matters.
