This enables the metallic hardener to move more easily into the surface. Concreting contains uncountable microscopic cells which tend to disintegrate under constant pressure. Due to the chemical reaction in 'Ferronite- FI' oxidation of the ferrous particles causes expansion which result in greater density and strength, under traffic the metal tends to flatten and produce a smoother surface.
