Tells the slave eye what to do. Seriously, in shooting it is called the "dominant eye" and it merely means the eye that your mind prefers to use. Here's how to determine which is your dominant. Pick a target, such as a doorknob. Point your index finger at it. Use the hand you prefer to use, right or left. Now close/cover one eye without moving your finger. If you're still pointing straight at the doorknob, then you've found your dominant eye. Most people are right hand/ right eye, some are left/left, and ever rarer are those who are opposite right hand/left eye or left hand/right eye. Good luck.
some difficulties are- hand and eye cordination, memorization, and your finger span.
good hand eye coordination and they improve you finger speed
Not that I know of. Cartilage is found in your joints, your nose and your ears, but I don't think in your eyes.

Hand and body language is important to communication. Waving the index finger is often used to say "no." Clasping both hands indicates strong approval. Touching the finger below the eye warns caution. And a hand placed under an elbow usually means someone is thought to be stingy. People commonly point with their lips or chin because pointing with the index finger is rude. Beckoning with the index finger also is rude, so people beckon by waving the hand with the palm facing down. To express enthusiasm, they place their middle finger and thumb together and shake their hand, producing a snapping noise. Poorer people tend to avoid eye contact when conversing. Urban gang members have complicated hand signals that they use to communicate with each other from afar. These signs should not be imitated.

Convergence is the term for the medial movement of the eye when it focuses. The commonly remembered example is seen when you ask your friend to watch your finger as you bring it closer to her nose, until her eyes "cross."
The median nerve is sometimes referred to as the "eye of the hand" because it provides sensation to the palm and fingers, as well as innervates the muscles that control finger movements. This nerve is important for motor functions and tactile sensation in the hand.
