One quart saw 30 motor oil per six gallons regular fuel.
Your motor is made by Chrysler, Model# VWB52119b is a 15hp, 1981-2
The mixture you are looking for is 50:1.
manual reads 1/3 pint sae motor oil per gallon of gas. Thats 24:1 Thats a 1957 sea king made by Gale. Newer 2 stroke oil (tcw3) is now recommended. Probably could go with less oil than 24:1 with newer oil. However 24:1 is the mix ratio reccommended.
50:1
my 60's sea king 25 hp takes 6:1
most all outboards are 50 to 1 ratio. you could run a little richer. not much. It is not like a weed eater that is 40 to 1. Always make sure if the motor has not been run for a season. Pull the plugs and shot some wd- 40 in the cylinders. Always run your engine fuel rich at the end of the season before storing. That is run it rich and unplug the fuel line and let the engine run out of that fuel.
it depends....
Start at 1 1/2 turns from seat and then adjust for the best idle
