I've done a lot of research into this. I'm not 110% sure but from what I've gathered gastrointestinal cancer can affect so many different parts of the body that you tend to just go with the color associated with that body part's cancer. For example, my dad recently died of gastrointestinal cancer. It hit mostly his colon and his stomach. Colon cancer is blue so I've gone with blue for all the cancer support I do for him.
