hello hemant, i apprecieate you answer. i searched on the net to know what the gazette of India is, but i only got documents where the phrase "the gazette of India" appeared.

I also tried to find out copies of gazette notifications, but i could not. The official website of www.pib.nic.in inform to pay Rs.25 per page for the copy of old gazette.
