Pregnant women who have never had Diabetes before but who have high blood sugar levels during pregnancy then it is called as gestational diabetes.
Gestational diabetes is caused by some major hormonal changes during pregnancy, which intern affect blood sugar level causing high level of glucose in blood called gestational diabetes.
Generally, gestational diabetes may not cause any symptoms, however, the woman may experience excessive weight gain, excessive hunger or thirst, excessive urination or recurrent vaginal infections.
That is common diabetes symptoms with the addition on vaginal infection.
