It depends on who "us" is. According to The Bible if you are a believer (Christian) a follower of God and Jesus Christ, God has a specific plan for you, but I cannot say what that is as God's plan for each of us is different. In the end however we are to bring Praise, honor and glory to God in what ever we do.
If the "us" is an unbeliever, God's plan surely must be to make you a believer in Him and His Son, Jesus Christ. If this fails (your fault) God's plan is for you to spend an eternity (forever) out of His sight and mind. You will be sent to the Lake of Fire. And that is specific.
Because he died to forgive us of our sins and it as all in gods plan.

Gods plan for Man may be hindered through –· ignorance of his plan ( Hosea 4:6- my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge). As an example, Gods plan was for Israel to spend 400 years in Captivity in Egypt, but they ended up spending 430, till Gods people began to cry out to God.· Next is lack of prayer - if my people, which are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, I will hear and healtheirland (2 Chronicles 7:14), lack of prayer may hinder or delay Gods plan. Jesus in teaching prayer said we should pray “thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven..” instructing us on the need for prayer to enjoy Gods best or plan for us.· Also lack of faith may hinder Gods plan- Mark 6:5 said Jesus “could there do no mighty works… because of their unbelief”. Lack of faith has the potential to stop Gods plan in our lives.· Trusting in Man is yet another culprit – ( Isaiah 31:1, Jeremiah 17:6).· Satan is the last culprit – 1 Thess 2:18 – Satan can hinder a believer, as Paul confirmed in this passage, but God has given us authority over satan.
