acually there is a cheat called god mode that can be found at www.cheatplanet.com
it is not a mod but simply a combination of buttens or keys to enter an you go into god made all it does is make you invincible but you can not earn achievements but is completely safe its part of the game
The God mod (not mode, but mod, (short for "modification" which refers to modding, to modify original files from a computer game) is a mod created for GTA IV that makes Niko or you online character invincible. You get infinite ammo and become totally impervious to all sources of danger: falling down really high places, falling off a bike, getting lauched by explosions... (and of course being shot), etc.) You have to download it and mess with the game data a little. but nothing dangerous or irreversible though, and really easy to do.

Oh my god hey my name is Ethan and ill be happy to tell you it is 643-555-0123 so there you go that 666 777 888 does not work at all i was on my gt just a second ago and i was trying that 666 777 888 thing it did not work, so i started randomly typing numbers and this worked! I wanted to test it for my self so i went in a helicopter at the highest altitude and jumped out and i survived so yeah try that it worked for me so Thank you for this Question well bye!
