A bee's sting is acidic, meaning any alkali will neutralise the pain. There are lots of house-hold alkalis for example barcarbonate of soda (baking soda). Gently rubbing some of this on your skin will neutralise the acidity level. If the affected skin is red and sore to touch or the pain where you have been stung doesn't stop seek medical advice form your local chemist or doctor, immeadialty.

∙ 17y agobaking soda and water. Get a little baking soda and put a little water on it to make it pasty and then rub it on the bee sting. It worked GREAT when I got stung by a scorpian.
