The state government should be stronger but that can be a matter of opinion. There are opinions on both sides.

How did the democratic governmment begin?
Greece is known as the cradle of democracy. The concept that the people made up the government and not the government making up the government. Even then not all people were allowed to participate, for example slaves existed at that time and were not considered part of the democratic process. When the United States formed concepts of democracy were foremost in the minds of the people at the time. A revolution was fought to cut the bonds with the King as government and replace that concept with the people as government.
Why does the President only have the power only to pass or veto a whole bill?
The founding fathers intentionally created obstacles to the governmment, with numerous checks and balances. Legislation is the result of negotiation and compromises between competing interests. The president is then given the opportunity to accept or reject the final bill. The reason the president cannot delete part of the bill is because that would be intruding on the legislative branch's authority. Plus, it would negate the give and take from which the bill emerged. Imagine how few laws could be passed if legislators knew the president unilaterally could delete a provision on which they relied to make it acceptable.

The United Kingdom does not have a president. The UK is a monarchy, and the current monarch is Queen Elizabeth II. The head of the government is the Prime Minister, currently David Cameron. This means that both the Queen & David Cameron are head of country.

In short...: So, the world in which they live in is completely socialist. There are people watching your every move all the time and deadly punishments for misbehavior. Winston, the main character, buys a diary, which is illegal to have. He write his thoughts in it in a space hidden from the cameras. He later meets this girl named Julia whom he falls in love with and meets at a secret place to have sex. They then continue to plan places safe for them to meet. Winston then meets O'Brien, who introduces him to the Brotherhood, an evil organization planning an attack against the party, or government. O'Brien turns out to be working for the government. Winston and Julia find a room inside a building which they feel is safe to have sex. The get caught and swarmed with police and captured. Winston is tortured continueously and is being forced to think whatever the governmment says to be true. Winston finally gives in and his mind breaks after being threatened with his worst fear, rats. While being threatened he betray Julia, his love. He is then released into society along with Julia, who also betrayed Winston. Winston loves Big Brother, the 'leader' of the government whom is not necesarily real. He then gets shot. I know this is incomplete and missing some things so feel free to add please.
Why do we need God according to the Bible verse?
According to the Bible God is compared as the Potter of mankind in the Book of Isaiah 64: 8. in these words: "O Jehovah, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are our Potter; We are all the work of you hand". Romans 9: 21 reads. " Does not the potter have authority over the clay " . The Hebrew word for potter ( yoh.tser') literally means " former" or " one forming." In the Hebrew Scriptures , the potter's authority, or right, over the clay is used a number of times to illustrate God's sovereignty over individuals and nations.-- Read Isaiah 29: 16; 45: 9; 64: 8; Jeremiah 18: 1-12. The reason we need God is : it is not in our power to make the best choice in life. Jeremiah 10: 23 has this to say: "It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step. It means Humans were not created to rule themselves. They do a poor job of governing other people and solving their problems. Britannica Academic notes that individual governments seem unable to " handle the universal enemies of poverty, hunger, disease, natural disaster, and war or other violence." It then continues: " Some... believe that only a form of world government can make decisive headway against those evils". However, even if all human governments united, the world would still be ruled by imperfect humans who are unable to overcome the difficulties mentioned above. This is what Jesus had to say when he was on earth in the Book of Matthew 4: 4. "Man must live, not on bread alone, but on every word that comes from Jehovah's mouth." He also told us to pray for His Father's kingdom to come, where His will, will take place as in heaven also on earth in Matthew 6: 9,10. God's kingdom is the only governmment that has the power to solve all global problems permanently. We were not created to govern ourselves. In fact, we were no more created to rule over our fellow humans than we were creted to live under water or in outer space ! So to answer your question: We need God because He is the only One that has the power to show us the way to success. Isaiah 48: 17,18 expresses his desire in these words. " I, Jehovah, am your God, The One teaching you to benefit yourself, The One guiding you in the way you should walk etc... God's purpose has always been that we live forever on earth in a clean environment, and his purpose has not changed only postponed. God's kingdom is going to undo all the harm that millenniums of human rule have done under Satan's influence. Read 1 John 5: 19. Feel free to no longer live according to humans' rulers, who are under God's enemy's influence, and who is misleading the whole inhabited world. Psalm 37: 29 reads. " The righteous will possess the earth and they will live forever on it". Which is God's purpose " The Great Potter".
