If you are asking about grape must (crushed grapes and juice, usually referring to winemaking), then they are not the same. The grape solids eventually get removed, thereby reducing the total amount. Also, most grape juice has some type of preservative (sodium benzoate is common) which will kill the yeast cultures used to make wine. However, if grape must isn't what you are talking about, I have no idea :-)

To find the density of a grape, you must fill a graduated cylinder to exactly 200 mililiters. Then drop the grape in, wait till the water settles. Then subtract the new water level from 200 milliliters and then you have your answer.
Grape residue is a rather poor definition for must- but if this is a riddle, lame definitions are going to be a part of the fun. grape residue is 'marc' which is used to make a strong liquor in France
