well, the precise definition of guilt is...
the fact or state of having committed an offense, crime, violation, or wrong, esp. against moral or penal law; culpability: He admitted his guilt
my definition of guilt would probably be...
a feeling of knowing that you've done something wrong or hurt somebody. guilt is when you feel like your responsible for the hurt or damage you have caused (most likely because it is your fault) and wanting to fix the problem that you are responsible for causing. the best way to get rid of guilt is to let it out and fix the problem.
The End
Im having the same situation please can I have an answer.
We all like to please other people (and God), and by sinning we make them (and God) unhappy. Feeling guilty is a choice, however, just as sinning was a choice.
Please would you clarify the question. Are you asking whether Europeans are collectively 'guilty of genocide' or whether some European countries have at various times committed genocide.
"Why does your boyfriend make you feel guilty for loving him?" Why feel guilty for loving someone? Your question is important on this board, so could you please repost and express in more detail about something he does to make you feel guilty for loving him. Thanks Marcy
Confusing info contained in question - not enough info. You can't be found guilty twice of the same crime - only of one offense at a time. One guilty plea equals one crime. Please re-word and re-submit.
not guilty
No. If you pled not guilty but were not granted a Public Defender, you would be given an opportunity (called a "continuance") to obtain counsel. When you came back with counsel they could either continue your plea of not guilty and prepare to defend you or (after consulting with you) plead you guilty and attempt to obtain the best terms possible.
