DNA
A piece of fingernail found at the crime scene
Hair found at a crime scene contains DNA, which can be compared to a suspect's or victim's DNA to establish a link. Hair also has unique characteristics like color, length, and treatment, which can be used as evidence in investigations. Analyzing hair evidence can help to identify individuals present at the crime scene.
because if you have bushy hair your hair will go everywhere
of course.if you have soft hair you can make it curly
Genetic fingerprinting can match a hair to an individual person. It's now a common method of crime detection, if the root of the hair is with the hair. DNA can be extracted from the root.
Police are useful because if there was no police there would be a lot of crime and no one would be able to stop it.
it can move things
DNA is the genetic makeup of every human. It is VERY similar, but still different. It is original and unique to every person, therefore it can be used to identify someone. If i were to leave a strand of my hair (a DNA sample) someone could find out who i was through the strand of hair i left behind. It is useful in criminal justice because it can be used to identify a person in a crime. or to prove that a person was at a crime scene :) Hope this helped!
