Since you are allowed on phase 2 to eat cheese (like cheddar and that) I suppose you can have halloumi cheese as well. She doesn't mention any cheese that you SHOULDN'T have ;)
Havarati or halloumi?
Personally I soak halloumi to reduce the salt content, soaking the cheese for an hour or so in fresh water will draw some of the salt out of the cheese. Alternatively, soaking halloumi can help to keep it fresh, where the air cannot circulate around it..

I think you mean Halloumi cheese. It is normally made from a mixture of sheep and goat milk, however can be made from cows as well.
