In PowerPoint or similar presentation software, we generate slides to display on the screen during our class or lecture. We can also print out our presentation on paper, as a handout so that the student will have a memory aid to take with them.
When we print the handout, we can put one slide per page, or two or four slides per page. You'll select the desired format in the print dialog box. Four slides per page gives you a printout that's good enough to read, without wasting a lot of paper and toner.
In the Print dialog box, select Handouts and set the number of slides per page to 3.
When you go to print the slides and the print dialog box comes up, on the lower left hand side select "Handouts" from the "Print what:" drop down. Then the 'Handouts'dialog box will be actived, from the drop down you can select how many slides you want to print per page (1, 3, 6 or 9). You can also select if you want them to print across and then down (horizontal) or down first and then across (vertical) :)
Printing 8 slides per sheet from PowerPoint is not an option through the program, but your printer options may allow you to print them on one sheet. All you have to do is go into you printer properties and change the option for pages per sheet to 8. If you don't have this option available, then you may want to print a double-sided document with four slides on each.

If you are asking "How do you Add and Delete Slides" in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, you simply right click on the desired slide in the slide viewer menu to the left of the page and select "New Slide" or "Delete Slide".
Depends on the size of the slide. Normally one slid for one page. But if the slide size is shorter two on one page is also appropriate.
A slide is a single screen of a presentation, and every presentation is composed of several slides. The slides contain the information you want to communicate with your audience.
