The soul as you refer is in fact the body and the spirit of man. When a person dies his spirit goes back to that God who gave it life. After the resurrection the body will be reunited with its spirit to its perfect frame, not one hair being lost.
The scriptures do not say that the very same materials of which the original body was made of will be used, but that the body will be in its exact likeness when it was upon the earth.
