The cheetah is not extinct.
right now most cheetahs are threatened and they are in danger...
The cheetah has a slim chance of surviving. It is estimated that 9,000-12,000 cheetahs still remain in the world. Unfortuinatly, cheetahs have died out in 25 countries.
It is an incorrect question: the Asian cheetah has never been declared extinct. A small population survives in Iran. In 1952 the Indian cheetah was declared extinct. The Asian cheetah population currently numbers around 100
None. They are all extinct.
There were once Cheetah in Asia but they are now extinct in all continents except Africa.
No. One reason is that the dodo is now extinct. Also, the cheetah is the fastest land animal. Some birds can fly faster than it, but the dodo would not have done so as it was flightless.
yes, that's why she was not in cheetah girls one world
Im pretty sure there is only one type of cheetah....
Sadly, it is happening almost all around the world right now.
The Atlas bear was North Africa's only native bear that survived into modern times, but is now considered to be extinct. As the cheetah is found further south, I doubt they would have ever met. Though the cheetah is a carnivore, an animal as big and powerful as a bear would be too much for the rather lightweight cheetah to tackle.
Euripterids, now extinct. See below-
The two types of Cheetah are the African Cheetah and the Asiatic Cheetah. The African Cheetah is now only found in the wild in the sub-Saharan part of Africa, while the Asiatic Cheetah is only found in Northern Iran.
