Jacob is talking to Edward and Bella and he reminds them that the treaty says that they are not allowed to bite anybody and therefore Bella can't be changed. Edward and Jacob are arguing and they almost get in to a serious fight but Bella stands in between them and says that they can't hurt each other without hurting her. Jacob leaves and then Edward tells her that she shouldn't become a vampire. Edward thinks of a condition, that she has to marry him. Edward says "Marry me Bella" it goes to a shot of Bella's shocked face and then goes black, the credits then start. This is what happens in the Epilogue of the book.
