Diamonds are the hardest and are rated 10 on the Mohs scale, which is a “The Mohs scale of mineral hardness is a qualitative ordinal scale that characterizes the scratch resistance of various minerals through the ability of a harder material to scratch a softer material”. Diamond is the hardest natural substance. However, man made substances such as nanodiamonds and fullerenes are harder than diamond, albeit not naturally occurring substances.

Carbon crystals and lasers are the only things that can cut Diamond!

(Unless you sharpen Obsidian(With a diamond) to cut the Diamond)
