Your body needs fat to survive; not sugar. However, you want a good balance. Too much fat= obviously NOT good! To much sugar= Even worse because sugar is just empty calories, where fat actually gives you some energy. Everything in moderation! =D

Is nonfat food healthier than full fat food?

Not necessarily. In some instances when the fat is removed from food, it is replaced with sugar making it just as unhealthy. Plus sugar can make you hungry quicker than normal, which can indirectly make it worse for you than full-fat food. This practice is most prevalent in yoghurts, desserts and baked goods. However, nonfat cream cheese is much healthier than full fat (since no sugar is added). And this is similar for all non-flavored dairy ingredients. Generally, non-fat versions of things which involve low levels of processing will not contain huge amounts of sugar, so therefore are normally considered healthier than their full-fat counterparts.
