One must first find the email address or mailing address to the HR place the letter needs to be sent. After this is done, one simply and politely writes out a letter asking to know when they joined that work force. Close the letter by thanking them for their time.
To write a letter to the HR for a sick off, write sick off as the reference and address it to the HR.
