Most people start jumping after they canter in a English saddle. There is no age limit, it is when you are ready to jump. You usually start small and work your way up with the right horse/pony.
Horseback riding is a large category... there are many individual sports in it, like dressage, racing, polo, show jumping, hunting, cross country jumping, barrel racing, etc. Each of those are played in different ways based on what style it is, western or english.
It doesn't really have much to do with math, except when you are jumping. Even this does not require many math skills, you only have to count strides and think about distances. Hope this helps.
Yes, jumping jacks, skydiving, horseback riding, and operating a jackhammer will not affect the IUD. (OK, I have to say this. There's an old joke: "Doctor, will I be able to play the piano after the operation?" "Yes, of course you can!" "That's funny, I never could play before!" So, assuming you could do jumping jacks before the IUD, there's no reason you can't do them after the IUD.)
