It depends on the context of the question.

I'll assume that you're asking 'How much (does it cost)', it would be いくらですか?(ikura desu ka?)

Another possible context would be, "How much (time will it take)", it would translate to (時間が)どのくらいかかりますが?([jikan ga] dono kurai kakari-masu ka?) Note that if you're already talking about the subject you can safely leave out the section about time, because it would already be a shared topic that both parties are already mutually involved in.
