North Korea has issues with the US. But the US does not hate Korea. The US has a strong and very old alliance with China that makes then stronger than Korea.
Technically, North Korea isn't our enemy... they just hate us, and the feeling is generally mutual. South Korea on the other hand, is our close ally. America and South Korea even conduct routine military training operations in South Korea.

As nations, Japan and South Korea enjoy friendly relations. There are certainly some people in those countries who have an unfortunate racist attitude. North Korea, of course, is another matter, due to its psychotic dictatorial government.
