The generic "I love you too" is "Watashi mo aishiteru", but it depends on who you are talking to and your gender.

If it is a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship then I think the most natural thing to say is:

Man - "Boku mo suki da yo"

Woman - "Atashi mo suki"

("suki" means "like". "ai" means "love", but it is a very strong word and Japanese people don't use "ai" nearly as much as Americans use "love".)

So if you wanted to make it much stronger you could say:

Man - "Boku mo ai shiteru yo"

Woman - "Atashi mo ai shiteru"
