As I recall it's a rare kind of halucinogenic food poisoning you can get from eating certain kinds of fish when they are not prepared corectly. The effects last about 3 days in most cases and are not generaly pleasant in any way. Audiatory and visual halucinations as well as diarhea and abdominal pain. Non fatal. Don't eat the dream fish, you're gonna have a bad time.
